There are a couple of options for visitors and volunteers to choose from depending upon availability.

TREE HOUSE: The recently upgraded Tree House on West Bay is available to rent this June and part of July at $120 per night. It has three stories with magnificent beach and seaviews overlooking the peaceful West Bay. The famous Percy Island Aframe at West Bay provides hours of interest perusing the thousands of boat names celebrating visits to the Island since the 1970s.

ACCOMODATION; Top bedroom has a double bed accessible by steep stairs with handrail; the lowest floor has a bunk bed consisting of a double bed below and a single bed above, with double doors leading out to the steps to the beach. The shower and laundry are on this level also. The middle floor is the main living area and incorporates the front veranda. The comfy sofa is a foldout double bed if required. Bedding provided.

Modern improvements include: hot (gas) shower, washing machine and the new kitchen is kitted out with a spacious electric fridge with small freezer, and gas stove. A small upright freezer can be made available upon request. Electricity is from solar panels with 12 volt solar lighting and marine radio; 240 volts power runs the fridge and washing machine etc.The long-drop toilet is situated nearby with wash basin accessible. A Pizza Oven is outside the kitchen. Telephone access is available 5 minutes walk uphill; but only if you have Telstra or Boost (uses the Telstra system)

    • sorry I did not reply as I had trouble with internet. Please phone 07 49510993 so we can chat. The plan is to keep renovating the tree House and rent out for accommodation at end of the year on wards for short or long term rental. regards Cate

  1. I will need to visit the Percy Islands doing some research on snails within the next 2 years and wondered if your accommodation was available. If so, how much would it cost and how do I go about a booking?
